By booking at a Shooters venue, you agree to the following terms. We may update these terms and our website content at any time without notice.

Bookings Policy

• All games/activities must be prepaid.
• By booking, you accept our terms, including cancellation charges.
• No-shows forfeit pre-payment.
• We suggest you arrive minimum 15 minutes before; lateness may not be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

Website bookings (Up to 12 people)

• No cancellation fee for changes within 48 hours.
• No postponements within 48 hours.
• Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable.

Group bookings (13+ people)

• No refunds within 14 days.
• No postponements within 14 days.
• Changes to group size not allowed within 72 hours.
• Bookings made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

Private Hire Bookings

• Full refunds available with 4 weeks’ notice.
• Cancellations within 4 weeks incur 100% charge.
• Full payment is due 4 weeks before the event.
• Bookings made within 4 weeks are non-refundable and non-movable.

Damage Policy

We reserve the right to charge for any damage to Shooters’ equipment and property.

Liability limitation

Our liability is limited to 100% of your booking fee.

Dress code

Sportswear (e.g sports shorts) are flip-flops are not permitted.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

• After 6pm no under 21 access allowed. Prior to 6pm children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• No refunds for guests unable to provide valid ID.
• By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
