Do I need to book to play the games?

We love your spontaneity—so feel free to swing by for drinks and bites, no booking needed. When it comes to games, we’ll do our best to squeeze you in (weekday daytimes are your best bet), but if we’re packed… well, heartbreak might strike. So book ahead to be sure.

Can I add people to my booking at a later date?

Absolutely, but it’s subject to availability. You can add people in the ‘My Account’ section 24 hours before you are set to play.

How do I change my booking?

Need to switch things up? No worries—you can tweak your booking anytime in the ‘My Account’ section. All the details are shared in your confirmation email.

What time should we arrive for our booking?

We advise you arrive at least 15 minutes before game time. This gives you time to grab a drink, say hi to people you know and get settled before all the fun and games begin. We recommend eating after you play so you don’t feel rushed. But hey, if you fancy showing up even earlier, be our guest.

I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your confirmation after 30 minutes, give us a call. Just tell us your name and booking date, and we’ll fire it off to you again—easy peasy.

Can I cancel my booking?

Why would you want to cancel? But hey, life happens—we get it. That’s why all our tickets are fully refundable up to 72 hours before your booking. Need to change within that window? Give us a ring and we’ll do our best to shuffle things around. Just a heads-up: we can’t move bookings 48 hours before, and anything cancelled within 48 hours is non-refundable.

Are kids allowed?

We welcome kids until 6 p.m as long as they’ve got a grown-up keeping an eye on them. We recommend that kids from 7+ just because the games can be challenging.

Can i drink & eat while playing?

Absolutely! We have tables to place drinks at each at each game station. However you’ll find it tricky to play and eat – our food is delicious… but messy. We all about the thrills not the spills if you know what we mean.

Is there a dress code?

We are an inclusive place and welcome all. We just recommend long pants over shorts and closed shoes over slip slops.

Can I reserve an area or a table?

We have plenty of space in our bar area to grab a drink or some food. It’s available on a first come, first served basis so just roll up, For larger groups 12+, please get in touch with our events team to enquire about our amazing function room that comfortably hosts 16 adults –fw@shooters.co.za

Can we stay in the venue once we are done playing?

Of course! Where else would you go? There’s a bar and restaurant waiting for you.
